Credit guide
This credit guide is provided by Realistic Brokerage Services Pty Ltd as trustee for The Trustee for Eric Burnett Family Trust (ABN 93 712 332 635) trading as Finance Broker AI, Authorised Credit Representative 552958 of Fintelligence Pty Ltd (ABN 80 625 017 174), Australian Credit Licence 511803.
Before we provide credit assistance, we’ll also send you a Credit Guide & Quote to sign, which sets out the fees for your situation.
Our credit services
We help you select a loan or lease to meet your needs. The credit providers we most commonly use are Secure Funding (Liberty), Pepper Money, Latitude Financial Services, Branded Financial Services, Wisr and Plenti, although we do use others.
Information we need from you
We must make sure any loan or lease we suggest or help you apply for is not unsuitable for you. That includes checking it meets your requirements and objectives and that you can make the repayments without substantial hardship. So we’ll ask about your situation, and it’s important the information you give us is accurate.
Copies of our assessment
Within 7 years of us providing credit assistance, you can ask for a copy of our preliminary credit assessment. We’ll provide it within 7 business days, or within 21 business days if you ask more than 2 years after the credit quote.
Fees you may pay us
We may charge an origination fee for our services, only payable if the loan proceeds. The maximum is set out in your Credit Guide & Quote before you apply. It’s a one-off fee paid at settlement, either directly or included in the loan (which increases the loan amount).
Fees you may pay others
If your application proceeds, you may pay fees to third parties, such as the lender’s application fee, security registration or inspection fees. These are shown in your Credit Proposal before you apply.
Commissions
Lenders may pay us a commission when a loan settles. It isn’t paid by you directly and varies by lender and loan amount. It’s disclosed in your Credit Proposal, and you can ask us for an estimate. If someone referred you to us, we may pay them a commission, which you can also ask us about.
