Realistic Brokerage Services Pty Ltd trading as Finance Broker AI (“we”, “us”) is an Authorised Credit Representative of Fintelligence Pty Ltd. This page explains how we handle your personal and credit information. You can ask for a copy of our full Privacy Policy at any time using the details below.
What we collect
Your name, date of birth, contact details, address history, employment and income, what you own and owe, the finance you’re looking for, and any documents you send us (such as your driver licence). If you give us details of another person (for example a co-applicant or partner), please make sure they’re happy for you to do so.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your enquiry and help you find suitable finance.
- To verify your identity and financial situation, as required by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
- To prepare and submit applications to credit providers, with your agreement.
Your signed privacy consent
Before we access your credit information or share your details with lenders, we ask you to read and sign our Privacy Consent. It lists the credit reporting body we use (Equifax), the credit providers we may approach, our aggregation partner (Fintelligence), and everyone else we may share your information with to arrange finance.
How we store it
Your application is sent to us over an encrypted connection. We keep it in the broker platform provided by Fintelligence (Ambition Cloud) and in our business email and document systems. Some of the service providers we use to run this website, our email and our documents may store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Automated tools and AI
We use software, including AI tools, to help prepare and check applications. A person always reviews your file and recommendations. How we use AI.
Marketing
We only send you marketing emails if you’ve agreed to them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask us to stop.
